Women need one another. Without each other, we shrivel, each feeling all alone in her struggle and ineffective within the body of Christ. God made us all to fit together like a beautiful stone structure—God’s spiritual house (1 Peter 2:4-10).

Many times in my life, women made the difference. Women came alongside and taught me how to be a new wife and mother. Women noticed my spiritual gifts and helped aim me the right direction. Women nurtured me when I was sad and lonely. Women labor with me, shoulder to shoulder, as we apply the medicine of the gospel to others who are hurt and need our input and encouragement.
